Thanks for stopping by and peeking in on what I do in Fargo, ND. I shoot cute people, go on fun trips, update my addicting Instagram and live as a happy newlywed in a cute green house with my husband. I also like mail, so don't forget to say hi:) -Bethy

Here’s a little update on the Oopsy Daisy Baby shoots I’ve been doing… this shoot was to introduce the new Petite Petties-now available online. These were shot last December and since we have a lot of snow and freezing temps around at that time, we shot in a greenhouse. It was interesting trying to keep the poinsettias and Christmas trees out of my shots!
This first shot was used in Hudson’s magazine to announce the new Petite Petties line and I think it’s perfect for their Oopsy’s company name too! ;D

I’m kind of embarrassed…because I’m finally posting a wedding from last JUNE. June 2009! Don’t worry- I added tons of photos from this wedding to make up for it. Beware slow wifi users! Ryan and Heather flew me to Peoria, Illinois to shoot their June 20th wedding. Ryan is a photographer and his best man was also a photographer. To be honest, I was expecting to be a little intimidated! BUT- We had so much fun that day. Shooting photographers is way more fun than I thought it’d be…they left a lot of room for pictures and Ryan set up some great places to shoot at- a barn “to make me feel at home” (haha) and a castle! Thanks Ryan and Heather for the fun time last year…and congratulations on the little one on the way now. ;D

I recently bought this bag after one of my friends won one online! I thought they were cute and then she told me it was a CAMERA bag. And I was sold. I thought they were purses…but a camera bag makes it 10 times better. Camera bags and cute in the same sentence? YES tis true fellow photographers.. ;D Introducing the super popular get-on-the-waiting-list-fast Ketti Handbags:

I didn’t take any photos of the inside, which is even better- it has compartments for each camera and lenses-but I shot these with a macro. For the non-photographers out there, I would’ve had to climb a tree to be far enough away to get the shot! And another little shout out for Ketti: I had the Shootsac but got rid of it because it didn’t hold my camera plus I didn’t like shooting with it on.. this bag is way better for me. ;) Thanks for getting it done so quickly Ketti! You have a great product.. I LOVE IT!
Why hello there… just look at me. Updating my blogsite 3 times in 8 days! I’m updating on the occasion of my taxes being done and over with. Happy April 15th! Maybe later on I’ll even celebrate at Starbucks with my free cup of coffee too. Although, I’m saddened by the fact of the Maggie Moos in my city closing down because I am now missing out on a free slice of ice cream pizza. Can’t get them all I guess…
Here’s a behind-the-scenes photo journal look at my trip last month to see Martha. We hung out in LA with her and then drove to Las Vegas for the ginormous WPPI convention held there yearly. Rosie & I were exhausted by the time we landed in Fargo, but I’m ready to take off again. In light of this, I had to make a new rule for myself: No going on anymore fun photo excursions until all photos from previous fun photo excursions are gone through, edited, posted, and filed. So I’m almost there Rosie! Let’s go again!
