Earlier this evening Michele and I hosted a baby shower for one of our long time friends, Jamie. Jamie lives in Russia with her husband but is back stateside to have her baby boy! It’s been so much fun having her back…she’s my stand partner in the orchestra at church again. ;D Here’s a messy collage of our fun night! If I could’ve gotten a picture of a mosquito, it would be the biggest picture in the collage. It and its friends just might’ve been a huge part of our night! haha

Congrats Jamie and can’t wait to meet the little guy! ;D

Last week my friends and I made our inaugural girls only camping trip together. We packed the back of my sister-in-law’s mini van full of camping supplies and headed out for Duluth, MN! The weather was perfect and we even successfully started fires in the fire pit. We got adventurous and tried making cinnamon rolls over the fire on our last morning…and I burned them. We ate them anyway. We toured Enger Tower and Canal Park… ate lots of chocolate and drank lots of coffee- it made a perfect trip to start off the summer with! ;D

Why hello there… just look at me. Updating my blogsite 3 times in 8 days! I’m updating on the occasion of my taxes being done and over with. Happy April 15th! Maybe later on I’ll even celebrate at Starbucks with my free cup of coffee too. Although, I’m saddened by the fact of the Maggie Moos in my city closing down because I am now missing out on a free slice of ice cream pizza. Can’t get them all I guess…

Here’s a behind-the-scenes photo journal look at my trip last month to see Martha. We hung out in LA with her and then drove to Las Vegas for the ginormous WPPI convention held there yearly. Rosie & I were exhausted by the time we landed in Fargo, but I’m ready to take off again. In light of this, I had to make a new rule for myself: No going on anymore fun photo excursions until all photos from previous fun photo excursions are gone through, edited, posted, and filed. So I’m almost there Rosie! Let’s go again!
